I have seen the same as the Magnum sheer sold in other websites. Are you a reseller of someone elses sheers? Or do you make them and they sell them.

Bullet Tools is the creator of the Magnum Shear, we sell to distributors like Ace Hardware and Home Depot. These companies then sell them to consumers such as yourself.

No that's a knockoff. I've seen one. Doesn't hold a candle to the Bullet. You can tell by the squeaking in the video when you watch their video how cheap they are. The funny part is the website says it's a Chicago based company. As in the guy selling them resides in Chicago. But their products all come out of China.
