We've identified a few machines in which the "bearing strip" (plastic shim under the cam and above the upper I-Beam on 2009 Magnum Shears (s/n: 099XXXXXXXXX)) seems to be getting pushed out from under the "cam" causing the aluminum cam to "gull" against the aluminum head. This will cause more damage if it is used after the strip is pushed out! So please call Bullet Tools Solutions Department right away to see if your shear is covered under the Bullet Tools Bullet Proof Warranty. Our goal is to service you within a 24 hours and I believe we do pretty good at obtaining that goal.
