Hi, the Pro Magnum Shear™ I-20 #920 states the following on the site:

The PRO Magnum Shear™ I-20 offers the versatility you need to cut a wide variety of products up to 20" wide and 1" thick, including laminate & engineered wood flooring, siding, roofing, vinyl tile and more!

Has anyone tried it on Shingles and other roofing materials like flashing?
How well does it work after a bundle or so of shingles? The the asphalt or sand, gum up or chip the blade after awhile?
I would really like to find out, cause this will definitely save me a lot of time, material, and knuckles.

Thanks!!
Roofer

All the magnum shear lines work on shingles, and the blades hold up well if you're just cutting shingles... Shingles don't need an especially sharp blade so it doesn't matter that the blade gets a bit dull. If you switch to cutting something else (for instance, fiber cement siding) the now blunt edge makes cutting difficult. This can be easily remedied by using one blade for shingles and another for everything else.

I've seen guy's cut aluminum flashing with an I-13, but the EZ-13 would probably have a hard time. The I-20 could probably do it too. Aluminum isn't an approved material to cut, so it probably voids any warranty on the blade.

Thanks Nathan! That helps, I just didn't want to shell out that much money and be disappointed.
