shame there is not alot of respect for installers out there amoungest store owners as we are an important and very valuable part of-solutions-sales-and instalation almost like they are afraid of how powerfull we should be!! food for thought

guess im not the only one 'not feelin the love'. Too many times products are oversold (quality)and when it comes down to it the installer is hung out to dry. I try and keep a written log of moisture readings and anything out of the ordinary just in case. They dont want to throw too much respect our way because next week they might need us as a scape goat.

dont mean to come down on store owners but between them and customers and product reps and product manufacturers when they sit down and try to figure out who's fault a problem is, its not long before they corner the installer.Write down all your meter readings and save them, if the readings are too high then stop. if you go ahead its your fault.never mind waiver sheets or responsibility assumption, they're not worth the paper they're on.
